It's finally drizzling here in California, which means the newscasters can use their "Storm Watch 2014" banners. Still, send us some water, just not that green, slimy stuff from your lake.

coldest temps around here for at least 20 years this winter and more snow than we've had in years. Don't forget...golbal warming may first bring global cooling due to ice melting into the ocean and changing the ocean currents, which in turn effect weather patterns.

So I just seen on the news that the city of Erie this year has had one of the coldest winters on record. The coldest was 20 years ago when the city hit a record -18. Don't worry Erie Ill be pulling off the converters on the gt500 this spring to "warm" things up a bit.

well.. after shoveling and brushing vehicles for about 2 hours I figure it's time to rant a bit. THIS TOWN SUX.. unless you are a polar bear and wish to visit someplace colder than home!!!!
Yesterday we had accumulated over 10 freakin feet of snow... yes 10! I'd say we got another 8plus but I can't tell as it started as rain, changed to sleet, then morphed into some granular pebbles of snow followed by medium sized flake. It was 45 degrees when I came inside yesterday evening and it's down to 26 now and expecting to hit five by nightfall. The snow was so freakin heavy it made me realize my age quickly. Small scoops and break for a breather every 15 minutes.
by the time this winter is over we'll have had over 12 feet is my guess.
