I thought I started a thread but I can't find it. Now that the saga is done I'll start the synopsis through the course of this thread.
On or near about May 17th I was attacked by a large ..well..short but large woman. The best description would perhaps be her mugshot:
With that said I'll now paste the copy of the police report which I wrote and signed for the police. This should create a great dialogue that I'll then expand on the story as only I can...
This is all true.. in all it's scary reality I was attacked by a crazed b!tch with a 14" chef knife that literally came within 3 inches of my groin area before I escaped.
The police report:

Heard a smash/glass break sound in the administration side of building. Went over to investigate noise and saw through the locked door a silver buick. There was a smashed candle/glass jar at the door entrance and the buick was revving it's motor repeatedly. 2 minutes or so of that and the car went into reverse and started to back away towards the remaining employee's vehicles. I went through the building to the center doorway to check on my personal vehicle and the person was outside in her car parked in the center of the driveway. I walked out to look at my car and she came out of her car with a large chef knife. I said “What the hell are you doing!” and she repeatedly stated “Don't get near me, Don't get near me, Don't get near me!” She stated these things while chasing me and slashing at me with the chef knife. She actually got within about 5 inches of catching me with the knife at which point I turned and ran full tilt away from the building. I yelled “I'm calling 911! Get the hell out of here!” I got about 50 yards away and she quit following me and returned to her car with the knife in hand. I immediately dialed 911. I gave all my information as well as company information, location, description of woman, her location on premises as well as my own location on premises. I advised that the woman was sitting in the middle of the parking lot tapping the knife on her steering wheel. 911 Dispatch and I conversed about the situation at length while waiting for police to arrive. I was advised that police were on site but setting up some staging until backup arrived due to the knife. Then two cars arrived on site. I didn't see the cars pull in but witnessed the two officers reach the woman in the car. There was a woman and man officer. They approached telling her to “Put the knife down and leave the vehicle!” they repeated these commands MANY times. The woman was ranting uninteligibly to me and as she started to move out of the vehicle with the knife in hand one of the officers Tazed her. She rolled out of the car screaming while clenching the knife. She rolled across the parking lot a few feet and the officers stood back and demanded again “PUT THE KNIFE DOWN, PUT THE KNIFE DOWN” Both officers were a few feet away from her and she continued to scream and clench the knife firmly in a fist. One officer stated “Taze her again” At that point the officer did Taze again and the woman released her cell phone and her knife. The officers then subdued the woman and cuffed her.
Other history of note: In hindsight the woman had called the office on Thursday afternoon to follow up with an application she had emailed or submitted. I had fielded that phone call and stated that I would have to follow up with all the applications we have and get back to her tomorrow (Friday/today). She then called again today at about 3pm inquiring about the status of the job opening. I politely stated that we have booked all interviews for the job posted and are full for next week. Upon next Friday coming around we would know if the positions are full or not. Without being able to go further she went on a rant about being a domestic violence victim with a criminal background and just needs a job and that I need to understand.. followed by her hanging up on me.

Here is her first round: oct 2010
police report: Iyesha Brown (29) was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and was sentenced to 25-39 months in prison suspended for 36 months supervised probation with 90 days in jail.
